PassportSizePhoto.in operates on a credit-based system for its AI photo tools. Users purchase credits to use our premium AI generation models.

Credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to other accounts.
Credits are exclusively consumed by using the AI photo tools available on our dashboard.
Any remaining or unused credits in a user's account balance will not be refunded.

2. Zero Monetary Refund Policy

We enforce a strict 0% (zero) monetary refund policy. Once credits are purchased and added to your account, we do not return or refund any monetary amount under any circumstances. All purchases of credits are final.

3. Credits Consumption and Failures

To ensure fairness, we have set clear guidelines on when credits are consumed:

Successful Generation: When a user successfully generates or edits a photo using our AI models, the respective credits are consumed.
Failed Generation: In the rare event that our AI models fail to generate your image due to system errors, processing failures, or technical glitches, the credit used for that request will be automatically refunded back to your user account balance.
No Monetary Refund for Failures: In case of a failed generation, the refund is strictly limited to the credits back to your account. We do not refund the actual money paid for the credits to your bank account, credit card, or payment method. The credits will remain in your user account for future use.
